This newly renovated studio apartment ‘ER3000’ with garden view is on the first floor of our house with its beautiful 1910's façade. You'll sleep in a very comfortable double bed. Two big windows provide plenty of light and a view of the garden. The studio has its own bathroom and separate toilet. Close to the city centre and train station, the house is also near the historic Abbey of the Park, with its farmer's market, ponds and hiking tours, and to the Leuven sport's centre Sportoase. Studio met eigen douche, aparte toilet en kitchenette, extra room with single bed available at extra cost

Pieter-Jan is een prettige gastheer, uiterst flexibel en met snelle communicatie. Klein maar fijn appartementje vlakbij centrum en toch erg rustig, en gratis parkeren om de hoek; ik kom zeker nog eens terug.

The accommodation is suitably located, not far from the train station and within walking distance from the city centre. Pieter-Jan was very communicative and helpful. The place was nice and clean. Ideal for a short stay.

The house is situated in a very nice neighbourhood, as a part of Leuven's protected heritage sites. It is located close to the city centre as well as close to Leuven's main sport infrastructure, a gym, a swimming pool and various courts, as well as a big skateboard park. It is also withing walking distance from the historic Abbey of the Park. Here you can go hiking around the abbey's ponds, visit the newly renovated Abbey and museum, go to the small farmer's market etc.
