We have been here 11 years so a wealth of experiences to draw from and discuss before renting. This is a new building on a large independent lifestyle farm of fruit trees and fish ponds. Ground floor is a private book archive and water tank. You get private use of the 1st floor Sunrise apartment and decks and WIFI. Breezy kitchen with entry doors north and south, the north side has another deck space . The solid beds are one queen size bed and a single bed, configurable to a lounge bed. The rooms have ample storage wardrobes and solid 60 cm by 120 cm desks with study lights in both. A new economical Panasonic 2HP quiet split air-con cools the whole place, the automatic night lighting, the lighting WIFI, Internet and security cameras and much more is solar battery supported. This elevated location can have cool nights, so little air-con is required once you acclimatize. Electrical use is free including the fans. Bluetooth amplifier and speakers are included so make all the music you like. No neighbors but Catmon town is 5 km on a paved road and has ATMs, 7/11 and pizza delivery. LONG STAYERS You can use couriers to deliver so you can get almost anything from Shopee Lazada even Amazon. A choice of supermarkets in Sogod and Carmen, good doctors, medical labs in Sogod and a hospital. Day trip to Cebu city for further choices. A great farmers and wet-goods market each Thursday in Catmon-Dann is also a great choice. Kitchen has a 3 burner gas hob, filtered water, a larger refrigerator separate door freezer with ice maker. We use an LPG hot water system for reliable hot showers, as on grid electrical supply can be unpredictable especially after storms, and all lights and fans run on solar backup batteries. The building and private access road has night lighting and security cameras and a few of our dogs will check you occasionally. We have seasonal own grown cranberry, lemon, lime, jackfruit, Brazilian pawpaw (soursop,) custard apple, avocado and vegetables such as tomato, squash and sweet potatoes . We grow and can supply coconuts, you can have the pure fresh juice, the inside soft meats too, and of course bananas. Pets allowed and we supply a free gardener weekly to trim the trees and garden, and to bring you fresh coconuts and can recommend a housekeeper laundry person if you like. While not included in your private space, the storage area under contains some 3000 plus books you may rotate borrow. A local server based multimedia library of thousands movies and much more is online in house here. You can get satellite TV and setup your own preferred media. Starlink internet is included and the SMART company SIM phone signal we recommend for your personal smart-phone. We have a swimming pool available in the later summer, and the cold spring withy excellent river views is close by.
