Bikes are complimentary for our guests! You will love the views overlooking Mount Susitna directly from the cozy living room area, and enjoy the beautiful sunsets on the balcony. Ideal for 6 - 8 guests, it's the perfect place to start your Alaskan adventure, work remotely or simply enjoy family time. This bright and modern townhouse with large windows has all the amenities and comforts of home, furnished with new furniture. The entertainment room features a 65inch Smart TV, Bluetooth sound system, foosball table, games and comfy seating to gather with your favorites. The main floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, a large table with chairs that can be expanded further with a leaf, living room that includes a comfy sofa, lounge chair and a fireplace for extra coziness. You will have lots of space in the master suite with office area and own private balcony. Get ready in the morning in the luxurious bathroom including walk-in, two-person shower plus a jetted tub. Dirty clothing after a long day of Alaskan adventures? No problem just head in the laundry room on the second level. Enjoy a glass of wine or use the BBQ Grill on the balcony, after a day of adventure in southcentral Alaska!

Had an amazing time warming ourselves by the indoor fireplace and taking in the views of the lake. Would recommend! Responsive Host as well!
The place was larger than expected. The set up and location were great. A little tight with parking but having access to the garage was very helpful. Overall would highly recommend and family mentioned wanting to stay there again on there on the next visit.
Great place that is clean and spacious, and conveniently located to everything! Five minutes to the multiple ice rinks we needed to get to, for our kids’ hockey games, and quick drive to everything else!
The house had beautiful views, trees, mountains & wildlife. We had a moose visit 3 evenings very close to house.Amenities were great & Julia was helpful & friendly. We hope to return soon.

Birdwatching paradise! Enjoy swans, ducks and other birds as your neighbors. This is a fun and active residential neighborhood filled with mostly local, owner-occupied homes. The neighborhood is a mix of locals and tourists all year long. The main highways heading both north and south of Anchorage are just blocks away and easily accessible. Explore the many outdoor activities nearby or drive less than 5 minutes to grocery stores, downtown shopping and dining.
It is very easy to get around Anchorage from the house. The main shopping and dining areas of downtown are within 5 minutes drive. There are also bike and walking trails directly out the front door. The bus stop is 7 minutes walking distance, 0.3 miles away.
