Very roomy, w/ comfortable beds and good amenities. Also good parking for two cars. Private beach is awesome. Robert was very quick to respond. The place needs a bit of a tune up - minor wear n tear stuff - but nothing to turn anyone away. I'd recommend.

The rental was exactly what it looked in the listing, and it was a beautiful location! There were a few small hiccups, but Robert was very responsive and helped us sort everything out quickly!

It was a great place to go for family fun. Robert was a great host and always their to answer any questions we had. The place was awesome and everything we expected. The beach was so close walking distance and we had a wonderful time at there.

I'm not sure what the one thing I most liked about this place since there were many things to love. It was me and my family of 4 kids, and we felt very happy the minute we walked in. everything was super clean/new and the design of the house and rooms were really nice. I think the whole place was just recently renovated. first time I sleep on a bed beside mine and woke up without back pain. my kids loved the beach that was like couple of houses away from us. it feels like a private beach.super friendly neighbors. i have noticed multiple families (different backgrounds) in the area and the neighbors were very friendly with all. Robert was very nice with us. very Accommodating and understanding. we had a great time. So far , this is my best experience with any place I had a vacation in the past. I will definitely rent it again in the future if I'm thinking about a place in this area. Again the neighbors are Awesome, my wife she didn't stop talking about them on the way back to NJ. lol
