Great heated pool! Spacious, lovely outdoor area with plenty of tables/chairs, pond with fishing pools, bar area with lights. It was a great space for a large family or shared family space. Our kids loved the pool room. The kitchen had everything you need. Barbara was absolutely wonderful to work with and very accommodating. I recommend!

“Spitfire Acres” was exactly as advertised and Barbara was friendly, responsive, helpful, and an all around delight. Would absolutely recommend this place for anyone taking a trip to Memphis and the surrounding areas. Great experience.

We stayed here with 10 women on a girls trip. Plenty of room and things to do. It was a short ride to Graceland and Beal St. the property was amazing! We enjoyed fishing (caught them too) the outdoor bar and the pool! It was a much needed get away and we look forward to coming back. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were large, all 10 of us slept in a bed (some of us two to a bed) Plenty of seating and the game room was entertaining. The stores are a short ride away and the house has plenty of pots, serving trays, utensils. There wasn’t one thing we didn’t have. We cooked outside on the black stone and frankly we didn’t want to leave! Thank you for such a wonderful time.

The host came to the house maintenance problem the day before we left (A problem that was there before we arrived). He did not knock or announce himself before letting himself inside at 10a. My family and I were completely violated. There were woman and toddlers not prepare for company and then he was aggressive in looking around the property. He then let another man in a side door w/o telling us the 2nd man was in the house. The deck had nails coming out, and my 6 yr old nephew was cut on one of them The house was spacious but needed updates. The area was perfect however the trip turned terrible once our privacy and safety was violated. I would never be comfortable renting there again knowing the host just will walk in at anytime he wants w/o letting the renters know.

What an amazing place! We recently stayed here along with two other families for a baseball tournament in Southaven. The house itself was very comfortable for multiple families. Our favorite; the backyard! We spent countless hours at the end of every day around the outdoor kitchen and deck area. Our kids had a blast fishing in the pond, swimming in the pool, and exploring the grounds of the property. We would definitely book again if we return to Southaven for another tournament.
