very good apartment. Looks exactly like in the pictures. Had everything needed for a longer stay. Great location with lots of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Tatevik is a great host - very responsive. Will come again :)

We stayed in the apartment for one week and generelly liked our experience. The location is great and there are many restaurants and other facilities nearby. The communication with host was excellent, she responded to our questions/requests promptly. The apartment itself is also good and met expectations, except couple of not critical things, like no microwave, not opening window in bedroom. Couple of times there was power outage. Due to central location sometimes it can be noisy from the street, especially vehicle honks. Otherwise everything was good and I would recommend this apartment for rent.
