Mindy and Eric were exceptionally gracious, helpful with neighborhood details and directions, and enjoyed sharing fascinating lore about the geography, culture and history of Cincinnatti and the "Over the Rhine" district. A wonderful couple!

I spent a short weekend at Eric’s place while visiting friends & it couldn’t have been more perfect! I had quite a late flight, which was no problem with the keyless entry. Everything was ready & clean when I arrived and items were labeled around the house for ease (certain light switches, etc). The location was right in the heart of OTR which made it easy to walk to restaurants, Findlay Market, or the street car! Oh, and the rooftop patio was beautiful! I’ll definitely keep this place in mind when visiting again. Thanks so much, Eric!

Eric’s place was wonderful to stay at. My husband and I couldn’t have been happier with the location and how walkable from just about any restaurant or activity and how it felt like a place we would one day love to own ourselves. The space provided a special experience, with the first floor being a community area we felt the ability to comfortably to get to know our house mates either in passing, watching tv, or even just having a coffee with one another. These are the people who will take care of you…they provided an extensive pamphlet on things to do around town, coffee and breakfast, and had one of the easiest check-in/check-outs I have ever experienced. We will definitely be staying here the next time we come to Cincinnati!
