2nd time I have tried miss kitty 2nd time not that impressed with how the up keep was. Fire ants everywhere outside and hadn’t been mowed in a long time. Will not try any of her places again

Miss Kitty has lots of listings. Had some issues with the first house we selected but they were able to move us quickly into another comparable house. We really enjoyed our stay in Rockport. The fishing was great.

House itself is exactly as pictured, clean, comfortable beds, roomy, shuffleboard & arcade machine huge hits. Delayed 45 min. getting in, access code didn’t work. Day 4, 1 of 2 AC units went out. Tech came, messed with it, said if not working the next day we need AC person. Wasn’t working next day, called at 8AM, explained their tech had already been out & said we need AC person. Someone later called, said they’d send a tech out. I again explained he’d already been out & said we needed AC person. About 1:00 tech (same one from the day before) arrived, said he was sent to fix the microwave! Told him it was fine but the AC still wasn’t working, please get across to the office we need AC person. AC person showed up about 4:00, checked, needed a part. Came back the next day with the part, got it working, commented the filters were “disgusting”, never been changed. 1½ days lost sitting around waiting for repair person(s), 2 nights with only 1 working AC, dishwasher doesn't clean at all.

We booked the stay for a fishing trip. The house was clean and had a ton of space for 9 people to hang out. The dock worked well for one 23 foot boat and the back porch was very nice. The neighborhood was nice and quiet just a few minutes away from Rockport.
