Located in the prestigious Beach Hill neighborhood of Santa Cruz, enjoy this beautiful 3 story luxury home! Relax on the private second story balcony and listen to the waves crash, take a quick 5 minute walk and enjoy Beach Boardwalk or grab a bite to eat out on the wharf. Head right up the street to the famous Steamer's Lane surf spot and walk along West Cliff Dr. - Comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests - 3 bedrooms - 2 bathrooms - You have one assigned parking spot behind the house in the driveway. Note: this is a very tight parking spot and may not be suitable for larger vehicles. Street parking is available for additional cars and is free during winter months and we provide 1 parking pass for summer. (Permitting runs May 15 - Sept 30th 9am - 9pm) - Fully stocked kitchen w/ drip coffee maker - Living room - Balcony with fire pit & BBQ, and backyard with outdoor seating Note: - No gatherings or parties allowed (strictly enforced) - The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety. - Smart TVs with streaming capabilities (no local channels or cable). - NO PETS

The house was perfect for our trip to Santa Cruz. With 4 teens, the location allowed the kids to entertain themselves and easily access the beach and Boardwalk. This was great and allowed me to get some rare time to relax.
