el lugar coincide la fotos, pero el lugar es poco rustico, con areas con falta de mantenimiento, lo q vale la pena de ahi es la ubicacion y su acceso a l playa esta es muy tranquila sin gente y el mar es agradables. el lugar se me hace caro respecto a las instalaciones.

This place has great potential, the hurricane had brought lots of rocks up on the beach but even this old lady could get down to it easily. Plus great beach access close by. Had a great time. We will be back soon!!!

Bellamar was attentive all the time. The beach is not for using it, is mostly for view only as there are rocks most of the time. Of course the view to the ocean sunset is beautiful. I have the following positive recommendations for this warmy nice place so it can match it's price, because as per the place overall good, price is to hight compared to other airbnb places we have stayed in: The place is not well finished, so that's not bad itself but the thing is that not being sealed (doors and windows) all bugs (even dangerous) can enter. we had to chase some nasty cucroaches, for example in the kitchend and in the rooms, so no nice at all. Also right next to my bed there was a big net with it's spider, no issue but it could've been a dangerous one, so that shows there's no constant cleaning of the area. there was some construction waste outside, we just ignore it but that and many bulbs not working etc. water came brown at first. and finally sheets were not clean and smelly.

I don’t think it was worth the price. Only has 2 bedrooms and a kitchen. Only the bedrooms were air conditioned. Too much wasted space on the outside. Description says “beach access” but definitely not a safe area to access the beach. Electricity was very unusual. The wattage would increase/decrease every two minutes which would not sustain the use of basic electrical equipment such as the refrigerator.
