They allowed us to check in 9 hours early - in the middle of the night, and came to collect us at the airport - amazing. Husband is a taxi driver, very useful! The Wi-Fi was very good, we both work online. The house matched the description perfectly, kitchen fully equipped. Host was always responsive and even offered us to work in her personal home when there was a noisy event outside. Area felt safe (after we got used to how it looks) and house felt secure. The area itself is very very bland, better to stay here if you have a car. It’s situated close to a huge mall (the only entertainment), but there’s frequent busses that run to AlterDoChau or Centro very near. Only issue is there’s no AC in the living room/kitchen so it gets VERY hot when cooking, cold shower brrr, and we had two power cuts. Overall great hosts and nice apartment, also cheap comparatively with others in Santarem - I’d recommend 👍🏽
