The property is located in a residential neighborhood in Wilmington Island. It is a very safe location with friendly and respectful neighbors. Please be mindful that it is a residential neighborhood, so speed limits and quiet hours must be respected. No parties or events of any kind are allowed on the property.
The property sits on Pointe N. Drive. This is a very quiet residential neighborhood. While there are neighbors on either side of the home, they are very respectful and quiet, so your privacy will be respected throughout your stay. We ask that you do the same for them to maintain harmony.
The neighborhood is very close to the highway, but you will barely hear any road noise - you will, however, enjoy the benefits and convenience of being able to reach anywhere in Savannah in no time! There are many convenience stores, gas stations, restaurants, and even a Walmart nearby. So you can get all you need for your stay without a fuss!

The property is conveniently located halfway between Tybee Island’s beaches (15-min) and Downtown Savannah (15-min). You can easily Uber/Lyft to either side if you're not interested in driving around - but you will definitely need transportation to get around as the roadways are not walkable due to the lack of sidewalks. You can certainly go for a morning stroll on the secondary roads here as they are mostly quiet during the day.
There is a very nice Publix grocery store approximately seven minutes from the house. In the event of an emergency, you can go to Urgent Care 24/7 in Whitemarsh (6-minute drive). The Chatham County Police Precinct is approximately 2.5-miles. And the closest fire emergency station is 1.5-miles away.
