Living area features a 65’ smart tv and a queen-sized sleeper sofa available for guests. The fully equipped kitchen overlooks the living and dining area and has a breakfast bar. Off of the main area, you’ll find a large second living area/den with a 65” smart tv, queen size sleeper sofa and an additional dining table. Let’s not forget that there's a bonus room with a ping pong table. It’s perfect for the kids! There’s tons of entertaining space for everyone to enjoy! The master suite features a queen-sized bed, and private bathroom. The guest bedroom has a queen bed. The bunk room has a single over double bunk bed with a twin trundle. A full bathroom is conveniently located near the bedrooms. Other features include a laundry room, outdoor shower, charcoal grill, boat parking, Tesla car charger (level 2, 220 volts), crockpot. Some of our properties typically have beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc.) on site. However, there is no guarantee as these items tend to come and go throughout the year.
