Great place and it's very clean. Ma'am Gemma is very friendly too! The Airbnb staff is very responsive. My friends and I had a good time reviewing bar questions and subjects for our upcoming midterm exams. We will go back again for sure!

I actually booked the place for friends who are staying in Iloilo for a night and they asked me to rate Petit's place with 5 stars. They were in awe with the best service from start to finish. The location was convenient, place was clean and they slept comfortably.

My kids loved the place! They almost did not want to go home. As a mother, it was the perfect place to book in Iloilo. The amenities were amazing, and the kitchen was great <3
