If you have never stayed in Blanco County this is a wonderful place to get a good feel for it and the history involved in it.

The Loft had a nice vintage feel to it. You have everything you need in the room really, and the outdoor mini trail in the back is nice! Only thing I would change is the price, a slight bit, and maybe a slightly bigger TV. Other than that, all was great.

Great location for those wanting to unplug and relax. It’s a decent hub for travel in the area, as long as you know driving the Hill Country requires driving quite a bit. The bungalow is as stated, 300 square feet, but it has anything you might need. The AC unit has a bit of a hard time keeping up with 105 degrees (which it was during our stay), but it’ll freeze you out at night! My suggestion is to read the description of the room and property. It will explain all you need to know. We enjoyed our time there. Don’t go if you’re expecting a room at the Marriott. Definitely go if you like little-frills, and a peaceful time. One note from me is that the bed is super soft! If you require a firm/hard mattress, contact Andy before booking to see if this is still the case. Read the ad, temper any glamorous expectations, then enjoy some couple time while watching the deer throughout the property.
