The suite itself is nice and spacious and the caretaker Amanda is very responsive. However we were quite cold and it took us a while to figuire out the system cooling/heating system upstairs. There was also construction that started during our stay and while the crew were as quiet as they could be, it wasn't the peaceful escape from the city we were hoping for. There was a discussion regarding a partial refund due to the construction but it never materialised.

Great home, was able too share the other unit with family which made it great. Piont ideal is one of the best spots in Lake cowichan. Any questions we had Amanda was quick to respond. More seating would of been nice in the living area. Other then that A+. Will definitely try too book again in the future.

Sam and Amanda have a beautiful place, with lots to do around the area. Amanda was very helpful with making our stay comfortable and was able to answer any questions we had very quickly.
