Beautiful design studio with a spectacular communal roof terrace where you can enjoy the sun and relax, just steps from the stunning beach of Las Teresitas. Located in the picturesque fishing village of San Andres, very close to black sand beaches and the Anaga Rural Park. Newly renovated, decorated with exquisite taste, with fiber Wifi Internet, Smart TV, air conditioning and all amenities. This property has all the ingredients for a unique vacation in Tenerife. This fantastic studio is ideal for families, couples and business trips, as it has capacity for 3 people and Fibre Wifi Internet. It is very cosy and bright, with a pleasant sleeping area with a king size bed made up of two single beds, a living-dining room with a comfortable sofa-bed and Smart TV, which connects to the equipped and functional kitchen of the flat. With a large bathroom, Wifi fibre internet, air conditioning and lift, this property has all the comforts. The large shared roof terrace on the top floor of the building has areas where you can sunbathe, have lunch and relax in the open air, while contemplating the breathtaking views of Anaga. Strategically located in the village of San Andrés, with all the services around where you can enjoy the typical local food, just a few steps from the beach, ideal for lovers of hiking, the sea and local cuisine.

Amazing apartment! Within walking distance to Las Teresitas, private, clean, and comfortable. The perfect place to relax and enjoy nature. The only minor inconvenience was the garbage truck passing by early every two days, which was a bit noisy. However, this didn’t ruin our overall experience at the Airbnb. I would definitely come back and recommend this place!

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. It was equipped with everything we needed, and the location was perfect—quick access to the mountains for hikes and just as swift to the local beach for some relaxation. We would come back without hesitation and highly recommend this apartment.

Staying at these apartments was absolutely delightful! The interior design is exquisite, creating an ambiance of coziness and comfort. However, drying clothes was a bit inconvenient due to the absence of a balcony. Although there are drying racks in the bathroom, ventilation is poor, making it not the best option. There's a communal terrace available for drying clothes, but it's not very convenient to trek up to it from the lower floors.
