Overall we both agree we got what we paid for. The hotel is gorgeous, and the staff was always friendly and welcoming. This hotel could be a 5 star hotel everywhere, except the guest rooms. They don’t meet a USA 3 star standard. The walls in room 713 are paper thin and that is not an exaggeration. You cold literally see light coming from the next room along the seem and along the entire wall on both sides of the room. The bathroom sink water has an awful smell that does not go away. The shower head does not stay in its spot so we showered while holding the shower handheld the entire time. Also when the ac kicks on a strong mildew smell filled the room for an hour or so. I loved the lunch buffet my husband did not. He did not like it so much that we did not eat there again during our 7 night stay. Watch out for the buy one get one free drinks. There is little to no alcohol in them and quite expensive. Laundry-mat is conveniently located just outside to the right.

Sehr angenehmes Hotel. Wir haben das Hotel extra für den Pool gebucht, doch leider war er an allen Tagen, an denen wir hier waren, geschlossen. Leider waren die Zimmer staubig und die Fenster dreckig. Das Personal war unglaublich nett und das Bett war sehr angenehm. Für diesen Preis sehr gut!

Personnel très sympathique et à l’écoute. La déco des espaces communs est très belle par contre les équipements dans les chambres nécessitent d’être entretenu (le canapé par exemple).

Wow, just amazing!!! This establishment is simply amazing in terms of service and quality. The decoration is unique, I have never stayed in such an establishment. The room is clean and comfortable. The wifi works well, rooftop pool and the location was perfect for my stay.
