A fourth air-conditioned bedroom with a single bed of 90*200 cm and access to the veranda at the rear of the villa. In the veranda, at your disposal, a washing machine, a dryer, a shower, and a water point. On the first level, there is a spacious living/dining room, a friendly and airy space with a fully equipped kitchen and utility room, as well as a workspace, all opening onto a breathtaking sea view.
