Great location and a wonderful family- friendly rental in The Villages.

Probably the best place we've stayed at in The Villages. The backyard had a pasture with cows, instead of rows and rows of houses. It was nice to sit in the lanai and watch them graze. The house was very clean, spacious, and very comfortable. We'll be looking for this place next year.

Was a perfect rental with all the amenities, I love to cook, the kitchen was well stocked. Loved the grill. The bonus was just a short golf cart away from the town of Lake Sumter. We absolutely loved are six neighbors behind. I never seen a cow run on over for there carrots. So much fun. Thank you!

This is a great place to spend a week in the villages! Very clean with beautiful decorating! Beds were very comfortable. Near enough to the Caroline pool and Coconut Cove Rec Center to walk there. Sumter Square was very fun, with shops and music. We really enjoyed getting there by golf cart. Thank you, Patrick and Katherine, for giving us a peaceful, well equipped place to stay while we enjoyed the villages!!!

We were fortunate to find this for our short stay. Everything was great and we loved having two golf carts! Highly recommend!
