During the booking process Ms Musarrat was very informative and responsive with all my questions and concerns. Im 21 and this is my first time staying at an AirBnB obviously I was worried simply because im staying in an individuals home that I dont know. I booked this past spring break April 2nd-5th with 4 of my friends , On april 2nd upon check-in we were inspecting rooms and noticed sand on a couple of beds. Not even 5 minutes later one of friends spots a roach in his room, we take a picture then kill it but we didnt think nothing of it and gave Ms musarrat the benefit of the doubt. Maybe 3 minutes later he spots another one in his closet their was a roach infestation which left us to spraying and killing roaches the whole trip. We then try and contact Ms Musarrat a couple if times to notify her no response. We then contacted airbnb support, and finally resolved the issue as of today. Ms Musarrat told me she knew of the issue but told support team I was lying and photoshopped images

The house looked exactly like the photos. Wasn't a pleasant stay at all, upon arriving not even 15 minutes of going in we saw (bugs) roaming around. I called her to inform her before we bought our belongings in, she suggested we use roach spray, which in fact we did. Worst mistake ever, more and more start popping up. After some time we all begin to just make the best of our stay...tired from the 7 hour drive. We went in our chosen rooms and every one of the bed sheets were disgusting as if they haven't been washed since the guests before us. I immediately messaged her at 11:40pm that night she responded at 2:15pm the following day. We were not looking for a refund or wanting to make a fuss. Asked if she could make things right so that we could enjoy the rest of stay. The ABSOLUTE worst host I've ever dealt with. Highly would not recommend this bnb.
