Poor quality rental. Listing says 1.5 bath but there is 1. Broken and missing items. Hot and cold water reversed, extremely low water pressure and screeching sound when using faucet. Paper towels shoved under exterior doors to prevent air and water from coming in. Broken bath towel holder, no tracks on drawers so they just fall right out. Not a walk in closet, no additional storage areas.Porcelin chipped in bathtub. Food and food crumbs between stove and counter and on kitchen floor. Torn cushion on couch exposing foam. Carpet is stained and very worn. You have to sign a lengthy rental agreement before arriving stating you have confirmed this unit is fully equipped but there is no way to verify this if you are not local. Missing per listing: blender, first aid kit, safe, oil, salt, pepper, toiletries, extra pillows, blanket, bath mat, hand mixer had 1 beater, can opener did not work, baking pans rusted, stove and oven covered in grime. Maintenance were polite/efficient. Good wifi.
