There are 2 large master bedrooms with a third single bedroom. Two large baths up, toilet also on the main floor. The downstairs is light , airy, open and large. Huge kitchen fully supplied. Private fenced backyard kept the kids in safely. With an additonal sleeping sofa, this unit can easily accommodate 6 persons. Drive up to front door makes it easy to unload suitcases and supplies. Publix is a great spot for the local grocieries . While the proximity to a main road was a concern, it was not an issue. The Florida hurricane building standards made this home button tight quiet. The proximity to the major roads and freeway made getting around to our destinations easy. Airport was just 10-15 minutes away. While the International Mall was not in the original plan, it was just too tempting.

Place was awesome ! Clean , check-in was flexible since we were coming in late at night but they helped us for a smooth process, also we mentioned we were going to the Karting Tracks in Tampa and they left a “Vroom Vroom” message on their little message board and that was pretty funny , overall 10/10! Would stay again

this was the perfect placeto stay while visiting family in Tampa but also wanting a private, spacious place for my family. It was extremely clean with quality furnishings/linens which was a huge plus and hard to find in my air bnb experience. Fully stocked with kitchen supplies. Nice deep bath tub was an unexpected perk! Only a 30 minute drive to St. Pete beaches but lots of local parks to take the kiddos which were just 5 minutes away. It was great to have such a big space away from tourist crowds at the beach hotels. The host was also very friendly and quick to respond to my questions. Will definitely be back!
