Kitchen equipment: refrigerator + freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, extractor hood, toaster, coffee maker, vacuum cleaner... Bedding: 1 140 cm bed and 1 140 cm bed + 1 90 cm bunk bed, pillows ergonomic. Leisure equipment: TV, garden furniture, plancha, deckchairs. Area: 54 m². NEARBY: Located 1300m from the town center and all shops, 300m from a supermarket. Rochefort thermal establishment 15 minutes away. Golf course about 6 km away. TO PAY upon arrival: security deposit of €500 for rental, €100 for cleaning, and tourist tax. OPTIONAL SERVICES to be provided before arrival: sheets €10 per bed per week, bathroom linen €9 per week, bath mat €6 per week, table linen (tea towels, napkins) €6 per week. Cleaning: €100. Cette petite maison est accueillante, très propre, joliment décorée. On sent que les propriétaires l’ont préparée avec grand soin : tout est très bien pensé pour que l’occupant y trouve confort et plaisir. De plus, située dans un quartier un peu excentré, elle est extrêmement calme. On peut vraiment s’y reposer. Nous étions deux à y séjourner : deux femmes, occupant chacune des deux chambres. Mon interrogation est donc la suivante : l’exiguïté de l’espace permet-elle à 5 personnes (comme il est annoncé), et notamment avec plusieurs enfants, d’y vivre à l’aise durant une, deux, voire trois semaines ?
