Great, cozy little space tucked back into a local neighborhood, yet not too far from the beach. Quiet and comfortable it made for a great “home base” for us to venture out from. Bus stop maybe 200 steps away… Nice restaurants towards the beach. Bit of a walk from the Malecon and the hustle and bustle of the “touristy” parts of Vallarta, but that is accessible by Bus, Uber or taxi. Really great spot for a family who might just be looking to “live” in Vallarta and venture out, who might not be looking for the stress of a hotel, resort or the more busy in town type of congestion right outside your door. John was very honest in his pre booking conversations with me answering my questions. I did feel his honesty especially about mobility issues and i respect his honesty and candor. Overall 5 stars for the stressfree and cozy home like environment and Johns communication.

The stay was wonderful. On the same street as pancho takos! Easy walk into town. Authentic Mexican feel. A/C worked great! Easy instructions. Very responsive hosts! We will definitely come back! Incredibly flexible on the check-in, and incredibly affordable!!! Thank you thank you!

Nice cozy place. One bedroom faces a busy street so it can get loud at times, but the other room is tucked away, so very quiet. Rooftop is a great place to watch the new year fireworks; the signal is weak and no Wi-Fi, so download your playlists in the condo before going up. Hosts went above and beyond, allowing us to use personal chairs, drop off our luggage early, and staying late schedule permitting. Gate code can change time to time, so just make sure to check-in.
