Red Deer Rise is a beautiful and well appointed property, matching the photos well. It was well maintained and clean. And the view from the deck across to Queenstown is worth a million bucks. Unfortunately the bedroom was not properly configured and there was no linen for my son’s bed. More disappointingly, this problem took 3 days to resolve. The suggestion that we should pay for the additional linen was not appreciated. To be fair, once Relaxaway understood that the bed configuration did not match that advertised they were prompt in addressing it, but accepting our first request would have been a better response. It is worth noting that the driveway is very steep and the house manual requests guests park on the street. Older guests or people with significant luggage adhering to this request would struggle with the climb and the descent. These points should be noted in the property description.

Amazing home with beautiful scenery. Probably the best airbnb we have lived in so far. Convenient location to the airport and city center. Appropriately stocked with all the amenities. Would love to stay here again!!

Beautiful accommodation in good location. Short drive to Queenstown CBD. The house looks brand new with all required up to date appliances and modern fit out. Anything needed is supplied; we loved the kitchen and BBQ. Great space with 2 balconies with lovely views. Expensive, but worth the investment as the beautiful surroundings and house made our QT stay even better. Regular updates from host made the check in very easy. Thanks for a lovely stay!
