Lovely place Very clean and tidy. Locks to door were difficult and only one set for a large family of 8. Oven door doesn’t completely close so we had a chair up against it to keep it closed so food would cook. Loads of mosquito’s and no fan at all outside. Other than that nice place.

We had a wonderful stay at Barry’s place. The house was beautiful, very comfortable and large enough to accommodate our family needs. Great quiet location with an easy walk to the beach. Would definitely recommend to others.

We had a lovely time at Barry's Place. It was just a short walk to the beach. The kids loved playing in the sand and the waves. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had plenty of dishes and cutlery. The whole house was nicely decorated and spacious. We would definitely stay again.

Our Friday -Tuesday stay: Pros: The beds were comfortable. There were ceiling fans in each room. Short walk to the beach. Nice ensuite bathroom. Large kitchen. Ample outdoor seating. Gated for young children. Cons: - insufficient lighting in outdoor area - foul odour in pantry - dirty cutlery/glasses/utensils - insufficient number of mugs/glasses - no cleaning products bar 1 small sachet of dishwashing liquid - insufficient indoor seating in lounge - main bathroom floods whenever shower is used - washing machine has mould - house doesn't lock from inside - key had to be collected and returned to the real estate agent in town - bins 3/4 full on arrival Overall, we didn't feel as though this property was quite up to the expected standard for hosting. With simple improvements it may be better for others in the future.
