Amazing location, and Carlo is very friendly and helpful. We had a very good time. Just be aware that it is a studio, with a tiny small bedroom in which only a couch fits, more a big closet than a real room. The bed is two metres away from the kitchen table. The decor is classic and stylish.

We loved this apartment. The location is fantastic, with many restaurants, cafes and shops right outside the front door. Very close to the Spanish steps which is a beautiful area and fun to walk around. Carlo was very easy to communicate with and check in was seamless as he was there waiting for us when we arrived even though it was last minute. He arranged transportation to the airport and provided us with many restaurant recommendations. Hope to return again soon.

The neighborhood is terrific - bustling with people, cafes and shops. The apartment is clean, the bed is super comfy, the washroom is sparking and big enough. Despite being on the third floor, the climb didn’t bother me (and I’m pretty lazy)... The only think to note is there isn’t much space to sit down and relax / it’s more of a studio... Carlo is a fabulous host - friendly, responsive and helpful.

We stayed at Carlo’s place while in Rome for our 10 year anniversary. It was a 5-10 minute walk from the Spanish steps, the Metro, and pretty much anything we wanted to eat. It’s also very close to the Trevi Fountain. We walked there twice and it probably only took 15 minutes. Carlo was super nice and easy to get ahold of. We felt safe at all times in the apartment and it was very clean as well. Thank you Carlo for an awesome stay!
