Only minutes walking from the property down a privately maintained path you’ll find a secluded waterfall where you can relax, meditate, and create incredible memories to last a life time. Our brand new studio guesthouse is attached to a larger 2 bedroom home. All newly constructed and furnished on a private family property in a tranquil, safe neighborhood where the neighbouring properties are also family owned. Our developing family land will eventually have several other rental units, walkways and pools on the grounds. For now, we have one home with this studio guest house, palapa tiki, garden and outdoor shower. While at the studio you will have an ample outdoor patio space to relax or eat meals, watch the wildlife and have a view of the beautiful gardens and surrounding tropical forest. Relax in the hammocks or do yoga in our garden palapa tiki and cool off in the outdoor shower. This is the perfect space to enjoy Playa Hermosa and be immersed in nature without the noise of passing vehicles! It’s, in our opinion, the best spot in town! And we should know… we live in the neighbourhood!
