Love, love, love. Exactly as described. Clean. Fresh. Well appointed. Spacious! Comfortable. Fantastic special touches and attention to detail. So many restaurants. Tons of bars. Step right outside to the LYNX light rail. Super walkable neighborhood. Surprisingly quiet for a loft right on W. Trade. You hear some street noise, but it is not bad at all (and I'm very sensitive to noise). RARE neighbor noise. Cheryl is amazing! Responsive (so many extra points for amazing communication). Thoughtful. She updated me when the smart lock battery needed replacing and sent her trustworthy handyman! Every message was kind and helpful. I felt like she was available when I needed her. I can tell that Cheryl was invested in ensuring l was pleased with my stay and that all questions were addressed quickly and satisfactorily. Highly recommend.

The stay was great and the view of uptown is beautiful. Cheryl is a great host and responds immediately to whatever you maybe needing.

The apartment is in a great location for exploring Charlotte, and had all the perfect amenities needed: very comfy bed, great kitchen area, and a nice living room setup also if you want to enjoy a night in with some wine on your trip. The check in instructions were very detailed and host was also very quick to respond when there was an issue with the door code. Overall, we had a very good stay here.

This was a great location, minutes from great restaurants and bars and walking distance from Bank of America Stadium. Place was really clean and in a safe neighborhood. Host was very responsive and very accommodating. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Beautiful home, very comfortable. I think I told my wife it was the standard that all Airbnb's should be measured on.
