Sehr gute Lage, direkt gegenüber vom Meer mit Strand. In der Nähe einige Restaurants und Bars/Kioske. Das Haus ist sehr gross, man kann dort locker mit 4 oder mehr Personen unterkommen, da 3 Bäder, 4 Schlafzimmer (2 kleine, 2 grosse), Wohnzimmer, Küche und Dachterasse. Ausserdem noch Balkon und Terasse vor dem Haus. Insgesamt an manchen Ecken etwas renovierungsbedürftig aber trotzdem schön, erfüllt gut seinen Zweck für einen entspannten Urlaub am Meer. Grosse Küche mit viel Geschirr etc. Die Nachbarn haben 2 Hunde, die lieb sind und mit einem spielen möchten (Eingang auf dem gleichen Grundstück Tür zu Tür) evtl aber gut zu wissen für z.B.Leute mit kleinen Kindern o.Leute die nicht so "hundaffin" sind.

Amazing view, plenty of space, clean, quiet and convenient. The place is perfect for family holidays, good equipped and totally safe. Area around is full with restaurants but highly recommended to use a car which a perfect parking spot is available in the house. Maria was so supportive and helpful and Natalia was so communicative with following up. If have kids they will enjoy a lot, if you don’t, you will be enjoying more. 😉 Money worthy and value checked.

This house provides a useful base from which to visit interesting places in Sicily, like Noto and Syracuse. It’s right on the seafront and at the same time quite private. There is a good restaurant within short walking distance of the house and a beautiful beach at Gelsomineto about five minutes drive away.

Ottima posizione, casa confortevole e dotata di tutti i servizi descritti, inclusa lavastoviglie e barbecue in terrazza panoramica arredata. Difficile trovare di meglio in zona. Parcheggio gratuito accanto alla casa. Orario flessibile per il check in. Proprietaria gentile e sempre disponibile, torneremo sicuramente!

We really enjoyed our stay in Avola. The house was charming with an excellent location and very spacious. There were 4 of us in the group, however we could have brought another 2 or 3 people without issue. Roof terrace has great views of the sea. Air-conditioning in the lounge and all bedrooms works well. The beach is just across the road. Within a short walk there is a choice of cafes, beach bars and restaurants. A few supermarkets within short drive. Well placed to explore Avola town centre, Noto, Siracusa and further afield. Natalia was an excellent host who communicated very well. After a fire at Catania airport, Natalia was flexible to change our dates, communicated well after I flew into Palermo, gave local recommendations and helped to secure a taxi to Comiso airport after another flight change. Best AirBnB host so far. I would be more than happy to stay here again if we visit this part of Sicily
