Staying here made our family trip to the snow an absolute dream! It was very easy to check in and we enjoyed all the amenities the hotel had to offer. It was close by to many gift shops and food options. Betty was very communicative and helpful with any questions or concerns! I would highly recommend this to anyone planning a snow trip☃️ thank you! 🙏🏽

From the very beginning until the end of our stay, Betty was incredibly kind & responsive. The location is perfect - close to shopping, restaurants & casinos. The Airbnb was clean & the hotel itself was very, very beautiful. I highly recommend staying here & am very pleased with our stay. Thank you, Betty!! My family and I are very appreciative!

Amazing location right at the gondola. Could not have been better for a short ski trip. Not luxury, but very clean, quiet, and comfortable! Property has a pool that we'll look to use next time and games/arcade in the common area for kids. Betty was incredibly responsive and very upfront, e.g., about the cleaning fee. Loved Betty as a host.

Great place right in the middle of Heavenly Village! Super close to the ice rink which my kids LOVED! Betty was responsive and super helpful!
