You’ll love this centrally-located house close to The Woodlands w/easy access to I-45 in a safe & quiet neighborhood. This cute 3 BR 2 Bath home has a huge front porch and side porch for relaxing/entertaining. There is an outdoor play set for your kids & a cozy fire pit to sit by at night. Spacious kitchen with open concept living & dining areas great for families or a get together. 5 minutes from Woodlands Med Center and 10 min from The Woodlands Mall & Cynthia Woods Concert Pavilion. We welcome groups of friends, families, & coworkers. There is a formal dining table that seats 6 along with island table for 3 in kitchenette. The fenced side yard is welcoming for children and pets. Nearby, you’ll find lots of options for entertainment, concerts, dining, shopping, and The Woodlands med. center is less than 5 min away.

The house was in fact Cute and Cozy. Everything was super clean and tidy. We felt right at home and our pets thought enjoyed some yard time. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful but close enough to everything you would need. Definitely would recommend for a quiet weekend away.
