Excellent apt in the 4th district with living room, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, equipped kitchen, washer/dry machine, barbecue, child/pets proof nets. Bedroom 1: queen bed, desk and crib/playpen, air cond. Bedroom 2: two single beds, ceiling fan. Living room: 55" Smart TV, sofa, and dining table with 4 chairs. Condominium: safe with 24-hour concierge and swimming pool, located close to breweries and bars (4Beer, Malvadeza Pub and Ofertório). Halfway between the airport and Historic center. Modern apartment on the 11th floor, with morning sun. All windows in the apartment have protective screens. Large living room, with 55” Smart TV, hammock and city views. Double bedroom with queen bed and air conditioning, another bedroom with two single beds and ceiling fan. We provide basic items such as face and bath towels, bed linen, blankets and pillows. Bathroom generally equipped with toilet paper and liquid soap for hands and body. Full kitchen with coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, blender, oven and microwave. Salt, coffee, oil, sugar and some seasonings are generally available for your comfort and use. Barbecue grill with 2 skewers. Service area with washer and dryer, and basic cleaning products.

Excelentes Anfitriões!!! Sem palavras para descrever a atenção e preocupação com os seus hóspedes!! Em nosso período de estadia acabamos enfrentando as intempéries climáticas que atingiram a cidade e os anfitriões foram muito atenciosos, preocupados e solidários nos fornecendo todo apoio e suporte!! A estadia no apartamento do Hiram foi excelente. Além de o espaço ser impecável, o anfitrião foi muitíssimo solícito ao atender as nossas necessidades. Espero voltar em breve.
O apartamento é bem completo e um ambiente extremamente agradável. Nos sentimos em casa. o Hiram é um ótimo anfitrião, e Ana uma ótima co-anfitriã, ambos são solícitos e respondiam com rapidez. O condomínio é super completo. Voltaremos com certeza, e super indicamos a todos.
Fiquei 5 dias no espaço de Hiram e me senti em casa. A comunicação com ele foi excelente e rápida e o apartamento está muito bem equipado. O espaço do prédio é tranquilo e tem muitas comodidades pra crianças ! Recomendo ! Certamente voltarei!

Easy access to the train station that takes you to the city center or to the airport and several bus lines (T8, T3 and T12) that depart from the condominium street. On foot, there are breweries, pubs, restaurants and supermarket.
