Not many places on earth get you closer to the ocean. Overlooking our right-handed, uncrowded point break for surfing and beautiful Palmarcito beach. George (Pixie), your host is ISA qualified and can offer you surf lessons. Palmarcito Beach is quiet during the week. Local beach restaurants on your doorstep and the lovely family who run the place. You will feel right at home. We have a close location to other surf breaks, El Zonte 20 mins walk or 2mins by bus cost 25c, Tunco 15mins bus for 50c Your room shares a balcony space with a room next door, and access to their room. However, the balcony space in front of your room with hammock and table and chairs is all your own space. Your guest house room has thick walls so you have your complete privacy. The accommodation comes with shared kitchen facilities with the guest house restaurant, which is quiet during the week. Weekends are busy in the kitchen, so we advise that you use local restaurants on those days for evening meals. Or cook meals after 6pm when they close. You can also order breakfast and main meals from the restaurant at an additional cost.

Palmarcito beach is a lovely quiet little village with friendly locals.
We have a great right-hander point break which works well on mid tides and a few hours either side.
At the far end of the beach Monday- Friday you can have free access to the Atami wave pools where you can swim and hang out.
We have little local shops to get main supplies, a coffee shop and a vegetable truck that comes to the beach entrance every day around 10am where you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables. There are a few beach restaurants for all meals that specialize in fresh seafood. Located 2km from el zonte surf beach (20 minutes walk), and 10km from El Tunco surf beach. Bus costs from 25c - 50c to these locations. Buses stop at 5.30pm from Palmarcito on the main road. Taxis to other beaches and local areas are around $5 - $10 depending on where you want to go.
George (Pixie) your host is an ISA-qualified surf coach and can give you lessons right here at Palmarcito beach at an additional cost of $50 per person with surf board. She can also do Surf tours to other beaches and organise a maasge to the property or other tours like a coffee plantation tour or waterfall tour if you are interested. She will also answer any questions you might have about your stay and things to do in the area.
