My family and I absolutely loved staying at The Pearl! We were there from 12/31/23-3/26/24 with our family of 4 (2 babies) and another couple. It fit our group perfectly with the attached studio apartment, main house and casita. The property is beautiful, modern and has a great vibe and energy. We walked to the beach almost everyday and into town to snack and get drinks. Leucadia was perfect for what we wanted to do. Luke was a wonderful host, very responsive and helpful when we needed anything. Would definitely recommend and we hope to be back in the future!!

Luke’s place is amazing. The main house has a large, completely updated kitchen that is fully stocked and great for entertaining. The two bedrooms upstairs are spacious and comfortable. The sliding glass door system opens to create a true indoor/outdoor feeling. The outdoor space is where we had most of our meals and did all of our relaxing. And the outdoor shower is awesome when you get back from the beach or for every day use. The studio connected to the main house is great for a dedicated work space or a quiet place to stay. Full kitchen and bathroom is convenient for guests. The separate cottage is amazing. Lots of natural light and living/kitchen space. The bathroom is amazing. Fully updated with two sinks and an outdoor shower with amazing water pressure. A short walk to beacons makes it easy to catch the sunset each night. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Ten out of ten! Highly recommend!

Our family spent 6 weeks at The Pearl while our home was under construction, and it was everything we needed, hoped for, and more. I'm not sure even how to begin to describe how special the property is. The kitchens and bathrooms were fully stocked. Tons of towels, lots of closet space. Comfortable couches and a great TV. Great light, wonderful sleep each night. The neighbors were quiet, which was unexpected. Each night we walked up to Neptune. We watched so many sunsets at Beacon's. We walked to shops on the 101, coffee at French Corner and Four Till Four, pizza at Corner Pizza, tacos at Haggo's, dinner with friends at Solterra and Valentina. Donuts at Leucadia. The driveway is long and can hold many cars, and street parking is also frequently available. The yard/outdoor area is peaceful, private, welcoming, and practical. Luke was always available for questions. We made many memories here as a family, and are grateful to Luke for sharing his property! A true gem.

Luke was very accommodating and helpful throughout our entire stay. The house was beautiful, easy to understand, and had everything we needed for our longer stay. 10/10 would recommend.
