Tiffany was great to communicate with. It was a great house for our family and close to wedding venues and wineries. We loved using the facilities of the house and had a fantastic stay.

The stay at the property was good. The property itself is absolutely lovely and great for a group of eight people. However, there was not enough cutlery and plates for the number of guests. The oven did not work at the property and when asked for tips on how to get it started, we heard no response from the host. Overall, the property was very nice but more support from the host is appreciated.

The home is nice, spacious and as described like the photos. Good amenities. Table tennis table was great. Kitchen is well supplied with cutlery and utensils. Use of garage is appreciated and can comfortably fit 2 cars. Nice peaceful surroundings and great location with close proximity to Yarra Glen and Healesville. Some feedback to improve: Listing talked about vegetable garden and fruit trees but we didn't see any. The backyard also looks overgrown. The place wasn't very clean even though we had to wait till 3:30pm to check in as the cleaner was still working. Floor was dusty Lots of rules to follow which are reused across their locations, some of the rules talk about apartment which is not relevant for this place. Fines threatened if rules were not followed. Overall it was great for our family of 10.
