Pleasant apartment 3 blocks from Marimba Park. We invoice. Great and cozy apartment, excellent if you are out for a walk or working, a 5-minute walk from Marimba Park, centrally located, very well connected to the rest of the city, with a variety of restaurants, cafes and entertainment minutes away. With a comfortable room, air conditioning, black out curtains and closet. It has a comfortable work area and plenty of lighting. The apartment has fiber optic internet, more than 80 channels on TV and hot water in the shower. Outside there is a pleasant balcony where you can spend a nice evening.

Un departamento super lindo, decorado con buen gusto y muy acogedor. Lo único malo, es que el baño es demasiado pequeño para una persona alta, pero de ahí en fuera todo perfecto. Los buenos detalles, superan ese contra. Súper recomendable. Gracias!
