Alexandre was extraordinarily responsive and adjusted with us for arrival time du to bad weather on the slopes. Excellent description on how to get there, move on to the ski gondol and ski rental - everything backed with photos. You could literally just follow all his guidance and all worked great. Place also has an interesting history. Thanks to Alexandre for outstanding responsiveness and flexibility. Top notch!
