Enjoy beautiful Bear Lake while staying in a new 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom rental. This vacation rental is the lower walk-out basement of the deckhouse cabin. Gather around the large table to eat meals or take meals outdoors on the picnic table. Includes a full fridge/freezer, stove/oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Pots, pans, dishes, cups, utensils, towels, and linens. Enjoy a large 55" smart TV, gas BBQ grill, gas fire pit and hammock. Ride your ATVs or head to the beach. Take time to relax. This rental is for the BASEMENT ONLY. It is the lower level of the Deckhouse Cabin - private 1200 sqft unit with separate entrance. Owner occupies upper level. We are in the process of adding a pickleball sports court. With any luck, It should be done in June 2024. The concrete is poured, but there may be some work being done on the court during your stay. You may encounter workers on the property. The yard is not fenced. There is an open canal and two city streets. Please watch children.

Great hosts and location. Space was very clean and well appointed. The only draw backs were the cleaning fee seemed slightly high, there were no extra blankets, and the thermostat is not independent, but the hosts were responsive at our request for a change. The location is close to town and things to do, but not noisy. Great parking. The patio is comfortable and clean as well as the yard. Fantastic stay.

Located in Garden City, Utah, in a residential neighborhood. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. The property is at the mouth of Hodges Canyon and ATV trails. You may unload at the property and ride. You will be near public walking/biking trails, parks, beaches, and shopping. The State Park Marina is 3 miles away.
This property is not fenced, please respect neighboring properties by not trespassing. The Bear Lake Canal Company has an open canal that runs along the back of the property and 2 public streets border the property. You may encounter wild animals in the neighborhood such as deer, turkeys, and moose. Please view animals from a safe distance. Children are allowed, but please provide adult supervision to your children at all times. Property owners are not responsible for your children.

There is free, on site parking for 2 cars and one boat/ATV trailer. The public walking/biking trail is a short distance away and provides easy access to Garden City parks and shopping.
