Hey there! Welcome to Torre Chela Apt 401! Our space is designed entirely for you to have an incredible city experience. Situated in Conquistadores, a central, lush, and convenient area, our 3BR apartment accommodates 6. Enjoy Smart TVs and Air Conditioning in every room, a fully equipped kitchen, dual workspaces, and high-speed internet. Your comfort matters! When you first open the door to the apartment you’ll see a very spacious & open common area composed by a big dining table, the living room with a rotating 50” TV and a comfortable double- sized sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a social bathroom that’s shared with the secondary bedroom and two balconies, one of them with two exterior chairs and a small table for you to enjoy your morning coffee. The apartment has two designated working spaces, one of them is located near the common area in a separated small corridor and the second one is located in the secondary bedroom. We would love for you to experience and enjoy both the city and our apartments as much as we did making sure everything was perfect for you

Rentadeps place was exactly what I was looking for during my trip to Medellin. The bnb was beautiful and matched the pictures perfectly. My family and I enjoyed the area which was 100% safe and appreciated their sense of urgency when I reached out with any questions. I highly recommend this place and look forward to coming back during my next trip to Medellin.

We had a great experience here. We liked the apartment. It was very clean, comfortable, with AC in every room. Great location with 24/7 security guard. Recommended 🙂
Un apartamento muy cómodo. Todo lo que una familia necesita. El lugar es de los mejores de Medellin y el precio excelente. El anfitrión siempre atento. Quisiera siempre encontrar un lugar como este en otras ciudades. Sin duda saben lo que hacen para que el huésped se sienta bien. Gracias!...Estamos más que complacidos. Fueron 8 días excelentes y Rentadep fue parte de ello.
The appartment was exactly as in the pictures. It was very clean. Contact with the host was clear and easy. There is 24/7 security, and they’re very friendly and always open the door for you. I would definitely recommend this place.

Our apartment is located in Conquistadores neighborhood; it is surrounded by green parks such as the new riverside park called Parques del Río, it also has very beautiful places to walk around or to just sit and enjoy the views. You’ll also be able to find close by anything you may need like pharmacies, supermarkets, shopping malls, restaurants, etc. It is very simple to find your way around in this neighborhood and to get everywhere!

1. Plaza Mayor Convention Center: 10 min.
2. Parques del Río: 5 min.
3. Unicentro (shopping mall): 8 min.
4. Metro Station (Exposiciones): 15 min.
5. Pueblito Paisa: 15 min (up hill).
6. Avenida Nutibara (restaurant avenue): 15 min.
7. Atanasio Girardot Stadium: 20 min.

1. Belen: 5 -10min.
2. Laureles: 5 -10min.
3. Centro: 8 min.
