One room has a double bed with two closet dressers, a sliding door to step out into the back garden and a window for afternoon sun exposure. The second room has a twin bed and dresser with a view of the vibrant bougainvillea in the back garden, it has blackout curtains and is quiet. The third room has dedicated office space at the brightest corner of the house with a private sitting area. The main living area has a couch, rattan chair, aTV and reading lamps as well as recessed lighting. The dining area has a classic pendant lamp, four velvet chairs and a glass tabletop. The kitchen has white quartz table tops, refrigerator, sink, and electric induction stove/oven and so much room for storage, including a slide out pantry. The bathroom has 3D Italian porcelain tile, recessed shower storage for shampoo, conditioner and soaps. A bowl sink on granite countertop sink, nonslip flooring, luxurious towels and rugs. The outdoor space boasts of a front and back garden and lawn, a covered pergola with seating area for five people.
