It was a great place. I’m from San Pedro and the proximity to all of the things San Pedro offers is great. I was looking for a quiet place, the unit is very quiet. However the surrounding environment can be a bit noisy. The host was very responsive when I had my only issue there. The price was right as well. I would stay here again. One note: make sure your car is locked anywhere in San Pedro if you are staying out there. This is LA.

The unit is nothing but a trailer split in half to create two separate 1 bedroom apartments. There were stains on the side of the refrigerator as well as the baseboard of the bathroom. The closet doors would not slide open without coming off the track. There were spider webs on the water shutoffs. The biggest issue was the unit has no HVAC. No air OR heat. The listing accurately describes this if you scroll all the way to the bottom of the amenities list; however, the electrical panel doesn't support a space heater, leaving me freezing in January! I ultimately left on day 1, checked into a hotel and requested a refund after not receiving a call back from the hosts. I would not recommend this property. Definitely not worth the price and the location is not consistent with the pictures of the remodel.
