Place to unwind for solo travelers, couple & families, this place is nestled in Palolem Garden Estate and located within 6-8 minutes walking distance from Palolem Beach. In spite of proximity to the beach and associated party places, area is covered with coconut grove and ample vegetation offering a peaceful environment. Be it the morning aroma of sea side, chirping of birds and eye catching flora and fauna, the place offers blissful and serene surroundings & complete relaxation to the guests. The Billet’ is a one-bedroom apartment (740 Sq Feet) and includes a hall with kitchen and a separate bedroom with attached bathroom/Toilet. Both hall and the bedroom are equipped with separate Air-Conditioner (AC) for environment control. The hall is furnished as a sitting cum working area with high-speed Wi-Fi based internet connection. The adjoining open kitchen is equipped with adequate gadgets (two Induction Cookers, Toaster, Microwave Oven etc.) and utensils to make it fully functional. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and has two wardrobes to accommodate guest’s belongings. The Ironing board and an Iron-Press are stacked within the cupboard. Entire accommodation is designed with an idea of giving guests opportunity to enjoy beautiful surroundings through large windows and two separate balconies. Located on second floor, the main balcony adjoining hall as well as bedroom has beautiful view of garden area as well as the swimming pool. This balcony has a jute swing and sitting arrangements for the guests to enjoy the view. The other balcony adjacent to the kitchen area is being utilized as service area and is equipped with an automatic washing machine. Please note that as per the house rules these two balconies are designated smoking area within the apartment.

Mallika is definitely a great host! She not only keeps the apartment clean, she provides the guests with basics like bread, eggs, Maggi and toiletries. The place is close to Palolem beach and it’s a pleasant neighbourhood. If one likes local food, they can try Meena’s kitchen which is close by. Mallika is extremely considerate she sends you things to do close by which is very helpful. Would definitely recommend the place to folks travelling to South Goa :)
We had a very comfortable stay at the Billet, really felt like home The place was clean and looks exactly like in the pictures. Mallika is a super host, very responsive and helpful. Caretaker Sudhir is always available a call away in case of any help required.
It was a great stay at The Billet. The place is equidistant from the Palolem and the Patnem beach. Mallika is a great host, always helpful and always responsive. Shoutout to Sudheer for being there personally to assist in check in and check out. Overall an excellent stay.
On arrival Mallika had provided us with a loaf of bread, eggs and milk .. very thoughtful. The apartment was private and within lush, peaceful gardens overlooking the pool, a nice 10 minute walk to the beach. Palolem Beach was our favourite with sunbeds attached to great eateries/bars. Kayaks are available for hire on the beach, and there is a boat tour through the mangroves where you can feed the sea eagles and kestrels... highly recommend this tour! Would definitely come back and stay at Mallika's again!
The Billet was a perfect abode for us! it's exactly as how its shown in images, even more beautiful. Mallika is always a text away and caretaker Sudheer was always available on call for any assistance. The house is clean, with all necessary amenities as mentioned. The locality is really quiet and peaceful, if you need that city getaway this is your place! Just 10 mins walk from beautiful and clean beaches like Patnem and Colomb. There are plenty of quaint cafe's around that keep your appetite and tastebuds satisfied. In sense of travel, vehicle on rent vendor is just 2 mins away from The billet. Overall, a worthwhile stay!

The location is in close proximity of famous beaches of South Goa to include Palolem, Colomb and Patnem beaches which can be explored on foot through beautiful by-lanes of the villages around giving an insight into country-side culture of Goa. In addition guest can explore other nearby beaches like Agonda, Talpona and Galgibaga on bicycle, scooty or a 4 wheeler (available on hire locally).
Located on Palolem Patnem Road, apartment is easily approchable by all kinds of vehicle. For Guests Free Open Parking is available inside the apartment complex.
