What a wonderful place for our group! It was clean and easy to find, with quick access to most everything in Mati. Our hosts were very responsive to all of our needs, and we had a great time. I highly recommend this home away from home.

My family and I had a great time at Carlo’s place. I love the open space. The living room opens setup was perfect at night. My nieces and nephews had a great time watching horror movies. Just minor things to note: there’s no hot water in the main bedroom. So if you do take a shower at night it’s cold. This place is perfect for families. The outside BBQ grill with dining table set up was perfect. I love it! One of the family member lives next door was very helpful. He offered to buy us some pandesal “ bread “. very kind gentleman. Everyone in this compound was very helpful. If I ever in Mati again. I will definitely stay in Carlo’s place again. Thank you!
