Our apartment has all the necessary comfort for a vacation or a business trip. Bright, it is located on the 3rd and last floor (no elevator) of a small, quiet residence. Numerous shops, restaurants and supermarkets at the foot of the building. Bus line 2 mins walk. RER line A station 9 minutes on foot. La Défense 15mins see / 15 by RER (7 stations). Paris 40mins by car / 20 by RER (8 stations). St Germain en Laye 5 mins by car / 3 by RER (1 station). The accommodation is made up of a large living room with a lounge area, large sofa, coffee table and smart TV, office area. There is also a sofa bed (type BZ) which can accommodate 2 people. - A veranda/dining room opening onto the large terrace equipped with an outdoor lounge. - A fully equipped open kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, as well as dishes and utensils necessary for cooking... *We also leave on site for emergency purposes, sugar, salt, oil, vinegar... We ask you to replace what is finished. - A bedroom with a queen size double bed and with adjoining bathroom/wc. The main bed will be made upon your arrival, and sheets provided for the other beds. If you are accompanied by young children, we can provide you with a travel cot, on request and at an additional cost. * Please leave the accommodation clean upon departure.
