I had the most amazing stay at Todd and Rachel's A-frame house in Red River Gorge! From the moment we arrived, we felt like we had stepped into a secluded paradise, yet with the comfort of knowing we were safe. The house itself is simply stunning, impeccably maintained, and spotlessly clean. The beds were so comfortable, making for restful nights after adventurous days exploring the nearby Red River Gorge, just a quick 5-minute drive away. The price for such a fantastic experience is absolutely worth it. Todd and Rachel were exceptional hosts, and their quick response to the one small hiccup we encountered - an empty propane tank - was truly impressive. Todd had it replaced within 10 minutes, ensuring our comfort was never compromised. One thing to note is that the bathrooms are located within the bedrooms on the main floor, so if you have guests staying in the loft upstairs, they will need to use the bathrooms downstairs. We were looking for a place that was quiet and out of the way, yet close enough to trails and other excursions. This was the place! We were first greeted by a very friendly and curious dog as we drove up the road which was winding and very curvy and brought us to the house which sat at the back, surrounded by trees and the peaceful sounds of a nearby waterfall. It was cozy and simple and everything we were wanting in a weekend getaway. We hope to be back in the fall for the color change to take in more of the peace and tranquility this place offers.

Todd and Rachel were nothing short of amazing. Very responsive to even the silliest questions. This secluded cabin is perfect for a getaway weekend to disconnect. I will absolutely visit again when I am in the area.

It was more than beautiful! My children didn’t want to leave. It was peaceful and quiet and very private. The amenities were exactly as described and we made use of the beautiful space. Thanks for having us!!

Great experience! Secluded, comfortable, clean modern cabin in a beautiful setting. The location was a quick drive from the restaurant and trails in the area. The hosts and cabin were exactly what my family of four was looking for, and we'd definitely consider booking again if we return to the area.
