Had a great stay, perfect location in Windsor with parking and a quiet neighbourhood. The place was spotless and lots of towels were provided in the bathroom, I also appreciated the many appliances provided in the kitchen. Thanks again!

The place was nice and tidy. The only things that bothered me was that I was left used toilet paper rolls and paper towels from the previous guest which to me is not the cleanest. Some of the plates weren’t properly cleaned I felt stuff on it so I had to re clean them there was also no cleaning supplies insight so it makes me think if they properly cleaned the place ? Like so cleaning sprays for counter tops / cleaning wipes. As well as the was have horrible noise insulation I heard everything from the upper unit which was not great. Got woken up multiple times from the upstairs unit vacuuming or playing instruments early in the morning from 8-9am or when they had guest over it would keep me up I heard all the walking from upstairs and people talking. As well the wifi was not the greatest I work from home so that was bothersome. I used all my data because the wifi would cut in and out multiple times or my computer / phone would buffer. And the kids were stomping on the floor & yelling.

Working in Windsor sand was able to stay at Negins place. Great host, super clean place. And for cold October days it was surprisingly very warm but comfortable. A tad loud with some of the plumbing above because it’s a basement unit but it didn’t bother me personally too much. All in all, a great stay, and I would go back if they had more availability.
