Our beautiful home is very spacious and spread over two levels. It's a wonderful home for a Sydney family holiday with separate areas for everyone to enjoy. In the winter time we have a family sitting area with wood fireplace to sit by, read a book or enjoy each others company. In the summertime we have a beautiful level backyard with area for the kids to play (including a large trampoline) and a huge pool to keep the kids entertained for hours. The home is generously spread over two levels. The ground level sleeping accommodation has the main bedroom (king bed, ensuite and walk in robe) and the guest bedroom (queen bed, full length built in robe, verandah). There is a full sized main bathroom and a toilet, a full sized laundry with access to the pool so you don't have to walk water through the house on hot summer days by the pool. All the bathrooms and laundry have under floor heating. The main bathroom and guest bathroom also have heated towel rails. On the ground floor there is an open plan family room which has a large TV, sofa seating for 8-9 people situated infront of a wooden slow combustion fireplace. The dinning table comfortably sits 12 people and there is a large 3m long breakfast bar with 5 stools. The kitchen is fully integrated with European appliances (Sub Zero fridge, Miele cooking appliances), full walk in pantry (please help yourself to any of the pantry food items) and small desk area to work from. Upstairs comprises three bedrooms (two queen beds and two king singles), a full bathroom with shower and double bath plus under floor heating, and a large break out space with giant TV for the kids to have their own space to play or for teens to hang out in. The cupboards behind the sofa are full of kids toys and games etc to use, we just kindly ask that you return the toys and games as you found them. And of course there is a great kids library collection which your kids will love (books will suit ages 0 through to 12). There are two undercover, off street parking spaces at the front of the house and a large backyard with pool, two large pool lounge sun chairs and a large trampoline for hours of fun for both young and old.
