There is a shared kitchen downstairs; it has a dining area, oven, dishwasher, and full fridge, with plates, glass, and utensils. The pantry is stocked with cooking essentials. The shared laundry area is available in the basement of the building, free of charge, but please do not use it between 11 am and 3 pm. Parking is $30 a day. It is first-come, first-served.
